@@charan0212 Hi, if you’re in usa then you extend it. But as per your previous message if you’re going to India or leaving usa for vacation then after you re-enter into the usa you need to file again.

@@AjayKumar-jm6pr Hi, its depends on the person and salary they are going to get here in usa. If you can save minimum 20L per annum there in India then it will be better to stay there. But here in usa initially 1/2 years you might save same 15 to 20 L per year for an average of 100 to 120k salary. Going forward based on your expenses it may increase or continue the same. And for travel expenses every year we will not go to India right like once in 2 to 3 years and it’s depends on the family size. For 4 members flight expenses could be 7/8 lakhs and on top of that based on their expenses and budget.

You have to bear your flight charges and accommodation, food etc., until you get the job. And one more thing if you don’t get job in 60 days it will be different case like paying taxes on top of your expenses or leave the country

@@sunithareddy7806 Hi andi, it’s depends on the student. I saw few scenarios from my close friends. 1. They went back to India for studies as they felt that the studies would be better in India. But other family left their son here itself in the usa with F1 visa after 12th for better opportunities. But I can strongly say that India Maths is difficult than here and it’s good to study in India for Maths. And definitely kids will perform better even they study here and go back to India .

I have same problem with my daughters. They are in 8th and 3rd grade. My elder daughter is very clear that she wants to study in USA only so kids likes the way of teaching n studying here.

But if there is no clause then proceed with H1B transfer in premium processing get approval in 10 days and then inform your employer. If you’re client is doing normal process then get receipt and inform your employer and put papers. All the very best ☺️
