Ryobi has a tire inflator that runs off a drill battery and works like a hot damn for like 40 clams. I got the more expensive one (98 not on sale) that let's you read and set pressure and also works as an inflator for air mattresses and stuff.

change the rubber gasket on the oil filler cap a friend of mine had a similar issue with his bmw all he did is change the cap

You might be getting allot of blow by. Do a comparison test on each cylinder the lowest number is your problem or stick a rubber glove over your oil fill hole and secure it with a rubber band. Run your engine for a bit if it waves at you 👋(inflates) its blow by. Thats a piston ring job (not cheap). Other things it could be: the cap itself isn't making a good seal or pcv problem or clog. I'm not familiar with this engine at all (I don't like/ dont work on german) but those are things I would check. Good luck dude!

Oh ya my new Mercedes work van had a malfunction for the automatic emergency braking and tweaked my back, it slammed on the brakes while i was driving around 35mph , ain't been able to work in a month, I'm a mobile auto tech and there ain't no way I can crawl thru the interior of a car to remove the dash and everything else needed to replace structural metal for the body shops I service. Now my back in crunchy as in i need to pop it about every ten minutes or the tension builds up and i go crazy

Change the oil every 5k or if you do mostly highway , 10k is fine. Find an exceptional euro mechanic, and do the most maintenance you can to prevent issues . Stay away from stealership if u can
