Did you say $480,000's? I thought for sure it be in the mid 600k. I love the bathrooms. The only things that I don't like is the pull up windows and not having the sliding windows and lower property walls. Great showing as always and info.

I always love homes with 3+ garages and love the separation between the 2 and 3rd garages. If NM was a no State Income tax state, I would definitely consider living there. My choices are the 9 states with no State Income tax. Beautiful home, nonetheless.

Dang. That's an awesome home, Mike. I had to move to Texas temporarily. But when I move back to New Mexico (Las Cruces) in the next year (hopefully), that's something like I would be looking for.

I have always loved those beautiful stone walls in the backyard that they use. Wish all builders used them in different cities in NM. I am looking to move to Rio Rancho, NM and I would love to have those stone walls in my backyard.

A lot of bang for the buck in areas like Las Cruces. I live in California and the prices even for starter home are ridiculous. Born and raised in Southern California.

Now this is a nice home. In my region this home would be around at a minimum 1.50 million. Easily sell at price.
