Nah, they still ToF devs. 😅 It's not a deal breaker but eh, it's funny to see how Frankensteined this game is. 8:20 that's a chore, no matter how good the rewards are. That's still tedious to do. Overall, I don't like the art style, as it is very generic cheap isekai style. The characters are well designed, that's the only saving grace. But the cars and vehicles look so toy-like, I would like to see more realistic graphics on them. They look like free 3D assets and they either need to make them more cartoonish or more realistic. Either direction can work. (Also, the vehicles look like those cheaply made private server car game videos my cousin watches and I am repulsed by seeing them. He has traumatized me with those content farm videos) I think the combat system needs to be more unique and not just a combination of WuWa and Genshin. Right now, I assume they limited the dodges because they plan to introduce more units in future that can be an exception to that rule. But that elemental stuff can be hit or miss, we don't know until they release future units. Overall, I'll try the game in future but I don't think I'll stick with it. The art style is not my preference.

This is the best game ever! BTW, I didn't have the chace to play it. All the people I know did not get the chance to play it. Except those people who stream and make videos. Wonderful.

I prefer a more urban settings of nte world rather then a more fantasy world such as genshin,wuwa and this why i dont play genshin or wuwa cuz i prefer a more urban settings like zzz and this is why i main zzz i just like urban enviroment more If in terms of combat it doesnt have to be as good as zzz/wuwa combat system personally i dont mind the combat system of nte cuz i dont play nte for its combat i play it for its world/exploration and its characters And in terms of character design i think nte character design is much better comparing to genshin or wuwa design

combat wise i think NTE devs cant really improved it much or can they really compete with zzz or wuwa.. i hope they would instead improve the overworld and expolration. specially the car pgysics and character design.. the main character design is horrible af i have seen Npc much better than her. but other characters looks good but needs improvement in smoothness cause the character movement is kinda stiff.. and i hope they would keep the story telling as enjoyful as it is or even improve it

i was getting a little hyped when you were talking progression, but the next session with the "empty world" and "nothing to do" deflated my enthusiast entirely. i guess it's a skip, i'm tired of these one-time-content GAAS games. what do they get more with this design? it's so frustrating, it's like they don't want you to have fun with the goddamn game.

something else to know, some characters have unique special skills, the little vampire girl Lacrimosa who is probably the only limited 5star in the beta, with her aim ATK maintained, she can steal the skills and form of enemies to use them in combat. there is also another character sakiri the loli with her club-shaped monster, with her atk maintained she can absorb an enemy who is not a boss with her monster and erase it from existence, which is basically a one shot. another thing that isn't mentioned, when you get a duplicate of a character you can actually activate the constellations you want without going through C1, you can activate C6 directly but if you don't have any other duplicate you will only have C6 activated, it does not activate the other constellations, and you can always deactivate it and activate it elsewhere

It actually pretty dang promising, so I’m interested! Not gonna lie, when you were talking about recurring content for players to do, it got me thinking about a gacha game concept. I know it would be expensive and maybe not worth pursuing because of it. But imagine a game with a homeworld or city/hub like in NTE, you can make your house and travel around upgrading characters and whatnot. But there are external planets or regions around the city that are infested. I’m almost thinking like a Nikke x Helldivers 2 crossover with some Nikke and NTE “home-base” stuff, then you can go out to different frontlines to help push back whatever enemy for dailies and even get more for clearing milestones and killing enemies. Would satisfy my shooter brain with so much more to do as well even with friends in multiplayer. I know it’s not really realistic because it’d be a massive endeavor, but I think it would be pretty cool. Just me?

The game looks amazing but it looks to ambitious for a gacha game. If they can keep a nice pace with their content and optimization for phones , it will be a great game😊

I’m not sure about this one yet, the character designs are cool, but the gameplay looks clunky or something idk. Also the world design seems overly cluttered, and so overwhelmingly saturated with different colors and effects all over the screen.

Can we please distinguish subjectivity from actual issues with the game? Not being able to cancel out of attacks isn't necessarily a flaw with the combat, it's something that you personally don't like. Between that and the fact that you only have three dodges that have cool downs on them means the developers don't want the combat to be some mindless button mashing combat, which is totally fine
