This video is just a review about DNA EXTRACTION or DNA ISOLATION. DNA EXTRACTION is basically the process of purification of DNA from different samples. For DNA EXTRACTION we use lysis buffer for cell membrane and nuclear membrane lysis. Proteinase K for protein degrading. Wash buffers for washing of DNA. For precipitation we use ethanol or isopropanol. For elution we use elution buffer.

Complementary nucleotides pairing gives the secondary structure of DNA. Two double strands coiled around each other's and form secondary structure of DNA.

This video is just a review about what is DNA.what is the primary structure of DNA. DNA is an hereditary material that stores and transfer the genetic information. It's is found in cytoplasm, mitochondria and chloroplasts. It can be isolated from virus, thymus gland and leukocytes. Primary structure of DNA is basically the number and sequence of deoxyribonucleotide in DNA strand.
