    I love this explanation! Currently looking for support as this didn’t work in the hospital for us but now i would love to try and learn this together with my 6 week old baby girl. We both need to thieve it a couple times it seems so far!

    1- the birth cry, transition breathing 2- relaxation, regulates heart and temperature, microbiome 3- 3 mins after, awakening 4- 8 mins after, activity 5- rest 6- crawling to breasts 7- 45 mins after familiarizing with breasts 20 mins 8- suckling 9- sleep
