So this is great, can i buy a hottub that has this as standard? Refitting seems too risky for me.
So, currently there are no spas that have this integrated within the cabinet itself. There isn't much room inside most hot tubs, so thats one issue. The other is air flow, heat pumps need access to lots of air, so cant be boxed in. Im sure these will be overcome with time. If you can find a reputable company, retrofitting really isn't something to worry about, its fairly straightforward for someone who knows what they are doing :)
@ honestly, it’s OK if the cabinet gets a little bigger, but it be great to have a premade version of this. I would easily pay a lot more. Plus, it’s always cheaper to do it right the first time, don’t need to pay for unnescesary parts pay for extra man hours to remove stuff etc. This is a hole in the market guys go for it !!!

What's the COP at 10 degrees, 5 degrees, and 0 degrees?
Great question, unfortunately I don't have an answer to all those temps, but at 5ºc you have a COP of 2.5. If you live somewhere particularly chilly, you would be best off with the IceSpa 5kw as that has a COP of 2.5 at -10ºc!
