Then Batman says it's the last time they meet, and Nightwing gets scared, saying that Bruce will be fine, but Bruce is serious about this. So Nightwing jokes again to hide his sadness over the whole deal, but gets serious at the last second and tells Batman, his mentor and partner, but more importantly his dad, that he'll make him proud. It hits differently now that Kevin Conray is gone. 😢😢
