I'm pretty sure the other legend ticket is from beating all the memorial stages which are the 10 previous anniversary stages in a single level, and the plat ticket is given for free in the mission board if you already beat Empire of Cats ch3

i rolled epicfest yesterday right after beating ch.1 moon. got gladios and lucifer. today i had enough catfood for my 750 catfood 11 draw and since epic fest was over is got chronos the bride
