This session will discuss the requirements of the regulations and the ways and means to provide assurance of compliance with Building Regulations. The Regulations require that Golden Thread information on HRBs is stored electronically - the session will also cover information storage systems and future proofing.

This session will explore and explain what is required when the project involves a Higher Risk Building - among the topics discussed will be the Regulator, the Gateways, the Golden Thread, and additional duties under the Building Regulations.
