The acrylic I am using in my project research is printer liquid. Does anyone know of any other alternatives that can be found in America? For the Light-Curing Varnish, what can I use? I was thinking about products dedicated to nails. Can this work? I have had some good results, but I am looking for something even better. Faceplate Adhesive Is there something less specific than this?
You should be careful, because some products are not good for your skin. I have heard from people getting allergic reactions.
nice work can i make you a better website design or whole e store for you for free? just for you
Super was du da machst, Könntest du mir bitte solch ein MMCX machen?
Hi! I'd like to ask you about fitting of CIEM. Do you feel uncomfortable when you laugh or kind of face movement you made? This is my only concern about CIEMs.
Do you make IEMS for other people?
I’m not doing that, sorry 😢
Hi! Would I Have problems if i Fill the shell with Resin and make a Solid piece after install the tubes and the balanced armature? Thank you!
I guess You could do that. Your In Ears would be even smaller by doing that. But you will have a problem, when something with the driver isn't working. Once the shell is filled, nothing with the driver can be changed. If something does not work after filling the shell, you have to buy new drivers and do everything new. On the other side the construction would be very firm.
Que líquido usas para brillar?
Hello, So I started with this project, but have hard time to get nice mould. I work with Agar Agar powder, tried 2/100 4/100 I put some wax arounf my positive print but everytime when i get my positive print off, some agar stay stuck in small spaces and so my moulds are incomplete... Could you give advices or telling me what i have done wrong thanks for your helps
I'm sorry for you. That doesn't sound good at all. I cannot tell you, how to mix the powder perfectly, because I bought the Agar Agar as a finished mixture. It sounds like your Agar Agar is not strong enough. It must be very firmly, so try to use much more powder. Also you should be very careful, when pulling out the print. Please let us know, when you are successful. It also would be very interesting, where you got all the material since the online shop is closed. Could you tell the community?
@@corneliusmack9913 I have been researching the best way to carry out this project for a long time. I have tried various methods for each step, and the most challenging part has been getting the pieces to come out clean and free of impurities from the agar agar. I have also been working with agar agar powder. What improved the mixture the most was using glycerin in the recipe. For every 100g of water: 34g of glycerin and 2g of agar agar. What I understand is that adding agar agar increases consistency but decreases transparency. The opposite happens when adding glycerin. I still haven't found the right consistency.
@@axelcola9409 Thanks a lot for sharing your experience. This is very helpful for the community. It should be ok, when the surface of the pieces are not perfect. In the end you will grind off the surface and paint the pieces, so if there ist too much material it's no problem.
@@reperaturunddefekte3115 I am in need of alternative materials to determine what is best since there are no dedicated stores like mc.ear outside of Germany. For example, for the parts, I am using transparent 3D printer resin, and for the lacquer, I am trying to use UV nail polish. Are there better alternatives available on Amazon in the USA?

DIY monitors mis webos 😂 do it your self, hazlo tu mismo, solo necesitas: - poliducto modeable resistene no nosivo -4 quimicos de gravado industrial - drivers balance armature - conocimiento y precicion con el soldador MIS WE BOS!!!!
Great Work universal blessing ☄️❤️
No thank you. I’ll buy them. :)
Hello, it’ll be of great help if you could please let me know where did you buy the sockets for cerumen wax guard from? Thanks
everything from McEar but unfortunately the shop is closed...
Any alternative.
Where to buy drivers?
Hi 👋 do you put any liquid into the ear monitor after installing the driver inside and then covering up the hole with plastic cover or do you just leave it in there loose and then cover it up??
Please tell me what exact varnish you used for coating? I understand that it is a varnish of ultraviolet curing, but I find similar varnishes only for nails. Please let me know where it can be purchased
I’m sorry. Since the shop is closed I don’t know where to get it. It is special material with medical certificates because other materials can cause skin rash.
This is called custom.wowww....great tutorial and learned a lot out of this. Thank you and gr from a neighbour in the netherlands😀😀😀🤘🤘
Gibt es eine MC Ear alternative?
Die Frage hab ich mir auch gestellt. Fotoplast etc.. gibts online.
Wonderful job, thanks for the tutorial.
Hi bro . Im making one for me , got almost everything. Only i need is uv lacquer. Where can i buy uv lacquer? Or can i use uv nail gel instead? Thank you
Nice :-) Unfortunately the shop McEar closed so it's harder to find the stuff. For the lacquer you can try www.heba.de/
fingernail gel is fine
I'm really satisfied by ur excellent 👌 n outstanding amount of fine work . I thought only China can make this all but after watching ur vedios u prove me wrong broda . Good job n btw nice n sturdy set of stereo iem.
Thanks :)
This thing about kz. You should give us an answer because you know
did you sand the inside of the shell? Or only outside sanding is enough?
You don't need to sand it inside but can if you want
can you make an english version
It's subtitled
@@corneliusmack9913 Can I dub it for you?? Trying to build a portfolio.
Hello.... can you recommend a good webpage for the Drivers....
Unfortunately the shop closed so it's harder to get the stuff. Maybe someone else knows, where to get the drivers?
That's a fuckton of work holyshit
Here in my country I only found agar agar powder, its the same thing?
Yes but I don't know how much powder you need for proper results
Where else can I buy those components since Mears closed operations?
At the moment I cannot tell you. It is really sad, they closed the shop.
can i make it bluetooth ready??
I dont't think so. Maybe there are bluetooth drivers, but I don't know them
Yes, easiest would be external Bluetooth same design, but plug Bluetooth cable set in instead of 3.5mm headphone style
Hallo guten Morgen.
Liebe Grüße an alle selfmade IEM Fans! Benjamin Jäkel & Familie
Mein Beileid 😢
@@pascalkempa8005 Vielen lieben Dank!
No crossovers or explainable filters
Imagine doing all of this stuff. My time is worth more than this. Just buy an iem for f sake
You must make like $600 an hour.
how's the sound?
Sehr gutes Video!
Bestes Video bisher, Danke!
Estos medida son los mejores yo tengo unos i siempre que salgo de casa me pongo mis tapones son super cómodos i suaves
how much does everything cost you total in tools
I would like to know what you paint it with in the end?
Hey, I use light-curing paint.
