    I have been eating this yogurt for 2 weeks and have noticed minor aches in chest, the comments about the Thymus regrowing in older mice makes sense now.     I started making Dr. davis's super yogurt two weeks ago. It tastes great, but I seem to have developed a lot of bloating.... Can anyone speak to this issue...?

      I also had the bloating after 2 days in..then at about day 4 I started having headaches and blurry vision. Have some activated charcoal available if you get any of those symptoms. I believe I was going through a die-off of bad bacteria which creates toxins that gets into the bloodstream. I took a break from the yogurt after about a week and a half on the yogurt because I was still feeling lightheaded and still headaches which wasn’t too bad. I decided to start back up again and it seems I’m able to handle it without any negative reactions so far. I’m going to keep at it because I got a taste of the oxytocin on my first 2 days and I want to feel that again.

    Grounding most definitely works with pain. I can 💯 attest to that. My back, neck knee and glute pain has almost totally gone since using mine. I also use a magnetised coaster for my drinks and sleep on a grounded mat. I can honestly say that it’s changed my whole life. I sleep better, have lost weight, my skins better, I’m more energetic, my mods has gotten so much better and as I mentioned the pain is almost gone. These little tools are absolutely phenomenal

    I love all this! Thank you, Dr. William Davis and Erica Ziel. I'd love to hear a conversation between either of you and Dr. Felice Gersh, an OB/GYN and integrative medical doctor with expertise in menopause and hormone replacement therapy. I think this would connect a lot of dots between gut balance and hormone decline and how to approach hormonal decline from multiple angles - because it sounds like Dr. Davis may be basing his concerns that women who take estrogen are at increased risk of stroke or heart issues on an old and faulty study. It sounds like it may not be aware of transdermal bioidentical estradiol as opposed to the old-school, commonly prescribed, oral estrogen Premarin.

      Each person is different. Start with half a cup a day. Let your body get used to that you might find you want one cup a day and you're fine with that amount. You might find you can only eat a quarter cup a day at the beginning especially if you have die off symptoms.

    I used to ferment wild caught sockeye salmon that I'd buy at costco. Perhaps someday I'll be able to make some again. I liked eating it with steamed sliced beets and sliced steamed carrots, kefir cheese I made from straining my homemade kefir. My life has changed so much in the last few years that I hardly remember how to make all of that. I still can't afford to begin again, but someday, perhaps.

    Is SIBO usually the cause and present in AFIB ( Atrial Fibrillation)? I reversed my Cardiologists incurable AFIB diagnosis, by walking out, Training for an Ultramarathon, Water Fasting for 9 full days and then implementing Dr. Davis style diet. Whole Foods, Fermented Mixes, Pre, Pro, Post Biotics. Went from 202 Pounds to 167. My heart is now regular for days on end. I had asymptomatic AFIB everyday previously, the Dr wanted to put me on Blood Thinners and do Ablation. Against his and my family’s advice, I turned my back and healed myself. I don’t take 1 drug. I remember asking the cardiologist how long do you want me on Blood Thinners? Answer , forever. I would love your thoughts on my experience, thank you and P.S. - The list of other positive changes feeding my Microbes properly is astounding- Faster Reader, Cleaner teeth and Gums, no nervous presentations, flow like state and overall happier and clear skin

      @@pantehakian1309 Well I did it all with foods and experimenting. Lots of Fiber Rich, True Fiber Rich is key. Think Asparagus, Celery, Avocados, Chia , Flax,Hemp, Sweet Potato. Now get some Kefir A2 and Mix with Yogurt, add seeds and seeded berries, Raspberries best. Eat Literally Green Bananas. Make sure not to eat outside of a 12 hour window, 10 better, 8 best. Something like 8am-7pm, nothing after. I didn’t make L Reuteri Yogurt. Just this week I discovered Coconut Cult Yogurt which I felt is very powerful. Expensive but something to consider. Last I eat all sorts of Ferments, Beets, Kimchi Raw Sauerkraut. Check with your Doctor to get off any Acid reducing drugs and Adviil type drugs. Shoot for 30 different varieties of Vegetables every week. Don’t sit for more than 45 minutes without some movement even if it’s heal raises or a light walk. Keep your cells primed. It’s better than one 1 hour walk. Break it up. You can beat this, I believe it!

      @ Look up Thomas Seyfried and his podcasts and/books. Him and Christopher Palmers Brain Energy are 2 books I would recommend in your situation. My favorite new probiotic yogurt is Coconut Cult which has L. Reuteri and 15 others. I mix it with Goat Kefir and Cocoa nibs and other Kefirs. So kind of experimenting. Coconut Cult is very potent. Key is consistency, not to much but daily. Maybe one day I will make it for myself, who knows! Good luck

    I've personally tested the shielding products using a Trifield radiation meter and here are the results: The products do shield emfs by up to 90% BUT...if the product is touching you (i.e. underwear, hat, blanket, shirt etc, the radiation is transfered to you because you have effectively turned yourself into an antenna. You are drawing the radiation from the products because they dont reflect radiation, they absorb radiation into the metal shielding found in the products. One simple tests will prove my point. Hold the Trifield meter up against the product with a cell phone behind the product while playing this video (to produce a source of radiation). Notice the extremely high radiation reading. If the product is touching you, thats the amount of radiation also entering your body. You're not protecting yourself at all. The product is holding the radiation, not reflecting it.

    Thank you for this video. It’s really helpful. I found out I tested positive for Ro/SSA and my CRP was 7.04 I found out due to my chemical pregnancies. I am now going to work on the inflammation and am working with functional doctor running some more tests. I eat gluten, grains, soy, beans and lentils. I will now try eliminate gluten and soy and see how I go. I will try to limit grains a bit but as plant based it’s very limiting. Eating meat is 1000% not an option for me. But I will try to include more anti inflammatory foods and drinks like green tea, matcha, chamomile tea, turmeric, ginger, pomegranate etc 🤞🏼🤞🏼

    I am very happy to have come across your video. I have danced for many years and then worked at a desk job and had a very difficult time returning to exercise due to fear of movement, injury and pain. Now I am trained as a dance movement therapist and I am currently becoming a yoga instructor. I am very interested in fascia-related topics. With the no pain no gain method and distorted body perception (eating disorders, obsession with thin- & fitness), I beat my body so much that core exercises are psychologically very challenging for me.     If I may, how do l raise my vibration to accommodate my life purpose? My energy is stuck causing extreme pain in my calves and feet. I have experienced enlightenment but fell due to poor choices causing trauma in my body. I want to fulfill my purpose and return to God. I live in Sisters, Oregon.

      You can't reduce fat in particular places. You have to change your diet, eat healthy (lowering your carbs and avoid seed oils, eat healthy fats) to reduce fat. Belly fat will be the last to reduce.
