Ehhh... at around 56:30, you drew 5 cards off of Dour-Port Mage because 5 creatures were blinked by Eerie Interlude. Dour-Port Mage however reads "whenever one or more creatures leave the battlefield without dying..". Multiple creatures left in a single instance, thus triggering Dour-Port Mage only once for a single card.

Chatterfang doesn't have haste so wouldn't have been able to attack the turn the Scurry Oak got countered.

I have Krenko but bro I have none of the other cards in this video....like not a single one. I just started magic a few months ago and only have one person I get to play against and that is rarely at that. I don't have a job bc I'm a stay at home father of two and so getting the money to get these things is near impossible. Some of these cards you talked about are just absurdly expensive and even though you can use proxies I don't like to. Just made a Krenko deck yesterday actually but it really sucks tbh. I can't even do a fraction of what you're talking about here. Thanks for the help either way. I really need it.

I am new to MTG, does "Goblin Token" also count as a Creature? For instance, would Kyren Negotiation works with Goblin Tokens?

Since thornbite staff requires you to tap krenko, and krenkos ability also requires you to tap him, doesn’t that mean that you can’t do both?

I’ve been trying to make Krenko cEdh viable for years now. I’ve come reasonably close but find the main problem to be this; the best win lines won’t use Krenko’s ability (though some layer in well w him as a back up so that’s something) so it always seems like I’m just playing a worse version of another mono red deck🤷‍♂️ If you are as bent as I was on playing Krenko in cEdh I’ve got some things to share; Lean into the recruiter pile snoop lines. That’s the best fastest win you’ve got available. I found a cool underworld breach line that doesn’t require too many dead cards too.. Empty the warrens (you’ll need a haste enabler or impact tremors to actually close the game without passing the turn and almost surely being stopped. Underworld breach, lotus petal and/or LED (you can use wheel of fortune or grinding station w a mana positive rock) basically you want to create a very high storm count by recurring LED and wheel or just by tapping sol ring (or whatever), sac it to grinding station, use the milled cards to replay the mana rock, tap it, sac it to mill more cards etc etc etc. these lines allow you to sculpt a perfect grave yard to assemble a combo or if you just have a huge storm count you can cast empty the warrens for a bunch of gobs. Then you can cast it as many times as you need by exiling cards for underworld breach. It’s a nice line cause it’s cards you maybe wanna play anyway. Goblin recruiter pile; Top card: snoop (you’ll need a way to draw it or to 😬pass turn) Under snoop; tourch courier (play it off the top w snoops ability) Sac tourch courier to give snoop haste Under torch courier; kiki jiki Use snoop to use kiki ability to make infinite snoops then copy recruiter on the last one to put mog fanatic on top so you can sac all your snoops to ping the table dead. The deck is pretty close. Maybe fringe cedh. I’d go easy on the actual Krenko lines. They are the back up plan. Turn 4 is too slow if you are trying to be the aggressive deck but can be ok as a “try to win second” deck. Not the worst plan 🖖

If you have goblin Ringleader as your last draw from Muxus you can add 4 more goblins you had lined up into your hand. With goblin wizard also out through muxus (and a hast giver) you can play them all too, ofc if you have a mana trick running you could just play them all too. Fancy instant death stuff is annoying, I'd rather set up ways to show off every single goblin in the deck just in time for a board wipe. I like a little casual fun on the side of my insane combo wombos.

nice deck!!! the only cards i will may be add is blood moon and magus of the moon. A so good way to punish the people who play commander with a lot of colours. AH! and may be Experimental Frenzy if you failed on the combo, and no have hand to play. Or it's just a other may with goblin recruter to put your combo.

Hi! I really liked your video. I also run a Krenko deck. I recently added Patriar’s Seal, which came out in Baldur’s gate. Gets you to untap Krenko once each turn for 1 mana, but also helps cast Krenko on those games you just don’t get that fourth land in your hand. Thanks for your content!

Question: For the Kiki-Jiki / Lightning Crafter combo, do you need to champion a goblin before Kiki-jiki can make a copy? The way it's described in the video, it sounds like you just play Lightning Crafter and copy with with Kiki-Jiki, then champion KJ to the copy. Makes no mention to providing a Champion for the first copy, but that will be necessary to keep in play for the combo to continue as the KJ copy is sac'd to Prospector, correct? For this combo to work, it seems like you need at least one goblin on board (probably Recruiter), along with enough mana to cast Muxus. Still a great combo, I'm just trying to understand the process clearly so nobody tries to catch me on a technicality at my LGS while losing to something so absurd.

4:08 turn four wins? you can get turn 3 wins with a $300 krenko deck using that artifact. very unlikely, yes, but possible. Source: i have a $300 krenko deck and can get a turn 3 win.
