Awesome rundown! I'm a buyer looking in South Burlington, Williston, And Essex Junction so this felt hyper personalized. Did a quick search on the off chance there was a market outlook in the area and found you guys! Keep it up! This part of the world is a black box with little to no info. If I can ask a question, which out of the three towns mentioned is the best place for someone looking to move to the area and grow a family? Which is most established and which town has the most potential? Would you prefer one over the other and why?
