With this I imagine myself being in a horror film and this Randomly plays on my radio & when the song ends i die.

Hearing only 1 note already made me half dead

It was a dark night you were lost in the closed mall looking for an exit and eventually you found it but something was off you saw nothing no light no cars no people and then you heard glass break and a growl and the speaker came on only playing the SpongeBob ending theme and after it ended you saw something running towards you and you had hid in a store that was forgotten to be closed and you saw it walking round the empty mall you knew you would have to hide till the dawn of day without it finding you.( for it was looking for those who are trapped in its home)

I can just imagine the rolling giant but instead of the giant statue its a SpongeBob balloon just hearing this

As many things that scared me (like the Windows 98 start up screen, the dark, the basement, etc.) this never did. I understand the empty void feeling of “it’s over there’s nothing left” but I was so happy to have just seen SpongeBob that it didn’t give me the same impact.

I think what makes this so Erie is that it’s quite literally the end there is no more after it plays. No more episodes no more goofy adventures no more laughs. It’s just the end and it feels bitter sweet because once the music ends that’s it that’s the true end reaching the point where everything once again becomes silent.

POV: you said you weren’t allowed to watch SpongeBob as a kid and woke up in bikini bottom as SpongeBob stands there looking at you in the distance with a blank expression and this is all you can hear then you wake up on his couch as SpongeBob stands before you smiling saying “time to go to work!” You now live in SpongeBob so you can experience it not getting to watch it.
