As long as it ran when parked and the varmints didn't get to it.............3 years isn't that long.............some fresh gas check the water and oil.............maybe check the spark plugs and inside the distributor..............maybe a new or newer battery.............should fire right up.............even without starting fluid.............my dad's old ford sat in the garage for 16 years and fired up with gas and a battery.............but we did end up partially rebuilding the carb because the diaphragm went bad

Need to get the top off and get the mice out of the cab before you get serious damage. Its the seat that they have material to make nesting. Those cabs are getting hard to find. Nice Apache truck ❤

That's Ok for a back yard project. What's your plan for when it really hits the fan. My daughter and I spent the night in the same type of shelter in November with a tarp and fire in the mountains. I get it that you want it to like real,but bottom line, when you go in the mountains, you better be prepared.
