Arizona DD Planning Council - DES
США
Добавлен 25 апр 2016
We serve Arizona residents with developmental disabilities along with their families, providing original research and support to projects that accomplish our three current goals: increasing employment opportunities, encouraging individuals to advocate for themselves and fighting for full inclusion across all aspects of community life.
A staff of six assists the all-volunteer Arizona Developmental Disabilities Planning Council, which is made up of individuals with disabilities, family members, providers and state agency representatives. The 23-member Council meets quarterly to discuss issues and vote on which projects to support by allocating federal funds, which total more than $1.2 million each year.

This is excellent news!
When you hold the book up, the type is reversed. That makes it impossible to read.
Thank you for all the information great job!! My son and I are new to this program I had a lot of uncertainty. For the most part, you put me at ease. But this is still an uphill battle I see. We are from Texas and this is really different here.
This is such a good idea to talk about disability as challenge and see people as humans first.
This is great! Thanks for sharing Brett and Claudia :)
