Download from here and USA the MAME 2003 plus core and it will run

Podías haber mostrado que versión de retirar usaste, cual core hiciste correr y que versión del juego 1.4-1.5d
El juego corre desde la versión 1.7.9 en adelante de RetroArch

It runs smooth on Android too, but you have to use MAME 2003 in RetroArch with DC3 hack for full speed. As the Mame4droid 0.39ul is still slow on Android. iPhone CPU is better. On Snapdragon 855 CPU the game is still slow, even with speed hacks in Mame4droid enabled.
COMBO I'm actually using the default configuration to play this on iOS with retroarch but as you said the iPhone could is doing great
