Preparing your hypnotic suggestion
Use the combination of your own vision board along with the relaxation techniques you've learned in class to make your own hypnosis session. Keep track of the progress you've made which can include ideas and inspirations.
Note, it will take time before the items on your vision board come true but by using this technique you are giving your brain a suggestion that will help you stay focused along the way.
Be sure to check in after some of your dreams come true.

What does it mean if any of the specific chakra makes you feel ill or have a head ache?
I think it usually means you have some blockage on that chakra. You can do a meditation to unblock and "clean" each chakra.
When I watch your videos, I always feel more positive and strong. Thank you so much for sharing the information on the 7 chakras and putting them in perspective of having personal boundries which come from within.
