Here are a few things I do that helped me achieve skin free from acne and glowing all day. - Use a gentle face wash that removes excess oil and cleanses your skin well. I suggest littlleextra rriiceberry face wash only as it balances the skin pH as well. - Eat a healthy diet. Stay away from oily, junk, and spicy foods. Choose vegetables, fruits, and foods rich in vitamins C, E, A, antioxidants, and minerals. - Exercise helps purify impurities, so make sure to exercise regularly to cleanse your whole body. - Stay away from touching your face often coz our hands are generally full of germs that can lead to acne when they touch the face. - Once or twice a week, use an oil or serum for a face massage to improve circulation. - Weekly, do a cleanup routine: cleanse, steaming, scrubbing, apply a mask, and rub 2-3 ice cubes. - Washn your brushes and other items you use coz they can harbor germs that can cause pimples when they come into contact with your skin.

Sprry about my Bad englisch. But if you like to grow your hair as much as possible you have to eat sulfur, but be careful with it!

You definitely don't want to be leaving apple cider vinegar on your face. Vinegars can even degrade clothing and create holes when used too much and left on. Think of what it's doing to your skin. Yo might try using it after a cleanser, but rinsing it off, too. You also definitely want to be rinsing your face off more. Your nail polish is so pretty, too. Thanks for the videos! So helpful.
