Hi Shoshanna and your friend! I enjoyed the video very much! I knew about the garlic and onions healing power, but I never considered the shitaki mushrooms. Of course the greatest healing of all comes from the Father, but He also gave us healing foods. I also don’t eat that much soup, so this was a good reminder! Thank you for the simple lesson that anyone can do. Putting it in bone broth would really be good!
