I am absolutely appalled by how Marina Del Rey Parasailing handled our group during our scheduled parasailing adventure. We arrived at the main dock at our scheduled time of 3pm, only to be told by a woman working there that our captain needed to dock at a neighboring dock. We followed her instructions, but when we got there, security directed us to return to the main dock. Already confused by this back-and-forth, we finally docked at the main location, only to be met with this same woman running out and screaming at us, claiming we couldn’t dock there-even though their own security told our captain otherwise. What happened next is what left us truly shocked. As one of our group members was attempting to exit the boat, this woman physically pushed her back onto the boat, causing her to lose her balance. It was not only unnecessary but also dangerous. After we managed to get her safely onto the dock with the rest of us, we tried to explain that we were only following the captain’s orders. Rather than de-escalating the situation or showing any level of professionalism, the woman continued berating us and refused to let us parasail, despite the fact that we had already given our credit card information. When we asked for her name and mentioned the physical assault, the staff callously responded, “Oh really? Fine, call the cops then.” I’m at a loss for words at how disrespectful and outright abusive they were. Yes, there may have been some miscommunication between the captain and the parasailing company, but the way we were treated was completely unacceptable. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service, and I would advise anyone considering this company to steer clear. This is NOT how paying customers should be treated, especially when they’re just following the instructions given to them. Horrible, unprofessional, and frankly, dangerous.

What’s the price for like 6 guests at the Universal Studios Hollywood near the Theme Park like let’s say we go in December how much would it be and does this hotel 🏨 do discounts for like Military or Police ? And is their free WiFi at that hotel 🏨 and does that include with the VIP because I saw the VIP book 📕 in their and how many beds 🛌 are their at that Hotel 🏨 and so what’s the policy for the Sheraton hotel 🏨 like could we bring our own food 🥘 or like what if we buy the food over their can we use them and do they have a gym over their and a pool over their and where’s the buffet at that hotel and so do they have a two bed room with a couch 🛋️/pullout bed as well and like could we bring our own food 🍱 to that hotel 🏨 or do we have to get food at that Sheraton Hotel 🏨 at Universal Studios Hollywood in LA and does this come with the VIP pass ? And if they do the Military or Police Discount what would it be at that hotel ? and is their like a place I can go for my run at that hotel 🏨 like outside of the hotel 🏨?
