Along with creatine, is there anything else you recommend? I currently also take L arginine, magnesium, zinc and some other things.
Creatine and whey is great all I take for daily use :)
Bulgarian split squats are still great though for unilateral power, most sport do actions on one leg, or balanced, it helps with balance and force production
