    Bulgarian split squats are still great though for unilateral power, most sport do actions on one leg, or balanced, it helps with balance and force production

    Simple advice like this is one of the cornerstones to making a diet successful And tbh if you think 16 grams of protein is “high” protein you probably still need to understand dieting a little more (not aimed at the video creator just a general thought)

    Biggest hypertrophy stimulus seems to be in a stretched position, so the half reps would probably be better in the lower half of the thrust
