The fine line between adapting and performing | Working Your Way
Ever felt like socializing left you feeling drained? In this clip, we dig into the hidden toll of “performing” in certain social situations-especially when we feel pressure to fit in or be what others expect.
As we reflect on how adaptability and the “social chameleon” effect shape our interactions, we share insights on the difference between genuinely energizing connections and the exhaustion that can come from trying to please others. For those of us who get selective about where we spend our energy, it’s a reminder to seek out spaces where we can show up just as we are.

Love this!!
I am an introvert, I do not like going out, I do not like being around people or even being seen, I am okay talking to people over a phone or through a headset. I drain so fast when I'm around people. Any more then 3 people and I almost completely shut down. Idk what this is but yea, I'm an antisocial introvert. I also hate loud noises and spontaneous things.
Great conversation! I love Jai’s mindset to not be scared to make a change “Abundance is everywhere”
We should call it sussy mogus syndrome.
.
Excellent video

00:35:00 - This is such a true segment. Most people thinking about becoming an independent don't realize that they probably aren't good at the other parts of running a small business. Most people who are really good marketers aren't good at selling themselves!
Dont worry about wat other people think of you. Do wht makes you feel comfortable. Wishing you the best luck. 🙂 #foodie
