Hey bro i know how you feel , Teams adapt over time, so try tweaking your tactic by changing roles, instructions, or formations to keep things fresh, and consider having a backup tactic for tricky games-small changes can make a big difference, also don't forget to take a break to help you with burnout as i know FM can be abit tilting sometimes 😂😒

hey man great question , I use a mix of both, setting tactics with key roles in mind while adjusting for players' strengths, and when buying players, I prioritize attributes over star ratings to suit my tactical needs.

Personally for it depends on the players ability if I have 2 midrange players I tend to go with a ball winning midfielder and a Defensive midfielder on support For the better players I found success with regista on support with tackle harder and a volante on attack with move into channels and tackle harder

Hi bro , yes the current ability and potential star rating is often based of your staff Judging Ability and Judging Potential attributes ,but if you want to see specifics like the rating out of 200(max) turn off Attribute Masking, If you prefer to see all attributes clearly. though this usually can't be changed mid-save,another is the skin the default FM skin isnt very informative IMO , try installing skins that you like that can also help you see PA and CA better
