A new trail opened up since my last visit to Dodge Ridge It is a black diamond and I started after a large family group. 2 crashes caught on camera. This was the last weekend of Dodge's Summer Bike season. It was the 2nd year they've had bike trails during the summer, so hopefully next year is even better.

I think it was a rock you hopped off of midway through minute 3. Need to compare to my footage

Thanks for the video its called a x2 black is it really that hard doesn't look too bad I should have rode it the the time after I went up after the thunderstorms.
It was just a single black diamond on the sign. Wasn't too bad , but there was some soft parts since it was the last weekend it was open and hadn't rained for a while.
Why does the lower part of around the horn seem wider than when we were there?

Thanx for the video thinking about heading up there looks less crowded than other bike parks.
They opened up a black diamond this weekend, only problem is the lift is a little slow for the trail currently, about 2-3 min of good downhill for 15-20min up.
This is looking pretty fun!

How much of a difference is there riding a chain vs a belt driven drivetrain?
the rear suspension is tuned to keep the rear wheel on the ground better (regressive then progressive), the rear wheel has less dish (stronger wheel), and its quieter since you don't have all the chain bushing noises or slap.

When it looks steep on camera it’s definitely steep 😂
When entering corners which are banked like these try going a little faster, locking your rear wheel and flicking the rear through the corner. Fun guaranteed

yep max lens mod and horizon leveling. Its proven to not be a problem, but I definitely see that it kinda blocked a lot of the trail from being seen
excellent job, stopping for that jump was great. I've seen it in a few other videos and I was going ot look at it on my practice day. Now I'll just carry medium speed and land it and go into the left berm. Soo grateful.
Excellent video, you rode it at a speed that I felt I was there. I'm using it to review the course for this weekends CEs race. It's my first race and first time at Northstar
