This version of the movie is sooooo much better than the John Wayne Kim Darby release years ago. No offense to Wayne or Darby...but all the characters and the dialect of the time plus costumes etc were more believable and engrossing. Steinfeld was definite best supporting actor/actress 1000%

When Blocker walked away in the end…I was screaming, “Where does he go now!”. Just as I wept when Woodrow walked into nothing (‘Lonesome Dove’). Thank God for him (and me)…he stepped on the train. That was the only RIGHT ending. Trauma Needs A Train.

One of my favourite films of all time. Along with the Italian Job and Titanic. Watched it dozens of times. Cannot get enough of it. Your commentary hardly does it justice. Love it. Love it ... love it.

One of my favorite scenes that i don’t see talked about much is when Henry puts on the chains on chief Yellowhawk. They both look at each other for a brief second.Makes me think Henry knows what these chains meant for his people but he’s barley free too

All men, eventually, take-on traits of their environment. The more time you spend in it, the more it becomes you. Most cops start-off as idealistic versions of themselves, "I want to do good, help people, protect people." Then, within just a few short years, being in an environment of criminals, con-men, and law-breakers, they (very often) become MONSTROUS individuals. This is one of the many reasons why our society is DOOMED to fail: most jobs are quickly become corporate, and the corporate environment is disgusting, acidic, and exceedingly toxic. The good news is, you can PURGE this venom from your soul. It just takes time.

Was a great movie. Absolutely.

For my money there is no greater master of comedic true horror then Robert England's Freddy Kruger. His one liners peppered throughout the films always brought an awkward levity to the brutality and gore.

Once again you have done a justice to this amazing film and through your powerful descriptions of this film have been able to convey your passion for each and every moment of this film. I wish I could have sat there with you the first time you watched this. I too am the oldest brother and me and my little brothers did the same things when we were kids. I can't help but wonder what your thoughts were on the lastest instalment in the Wolverine saga. Please don't let the lack of views to this mesmerizing review of the movie be in any way a gauge in which to base the caliber of your work. I hope you don't give up and keep doing more of these.
