Know your assignment at the end of it all it’s what God is going to make us account for whether it’s serving your spouse or the local church/body of Christ it’s all for God.What are the unique things God has placed in you to be able to serve and not compete
Their Nakivubo location is taking care of 58 Kids who are now in school. They are taking care of young mothers with kids offering temporary housing to help them off the streets. This is all made possible by the generous VIVE church (Expression) members who have even started businesses for some of the ladies they took off the streets
VIVE CHURCH currently has 3 locations.
God let us go through the hard challenges so that we can grow to navigate through the challenges
They were very careful that they didn’t take people from the church they left but approached the ones God placed on their heart and asked them to pray and hear from God about joining their ministry VIVE NATION/VIVE CHURCH
How it was when they left their parent church to start their own ministry VIVE CHURCH. Be sure that God told you to go because that will be the word and promise that will keep you going.
Patrick opens the big doors and Dee comes in and does what she is good at at Doug’s or checking and make sure nothing goes unchecked which is her strength and leaves her husband to do what he is best at which is his strength
Dee can be really strong willed and is meticulous. When she built her esteem to a healthy place the challenge became that she took it all the way that she had to be right and have her way.She had to learn to listen to the Holy Spirit to be humble and honoring with submission
Don’t wait for the other person to do what’s right in the marriage.Just do it because no one wins and you both loose
Dee wishes Women knew it’s so much easier when your husband knows your heart and that you are supportive and also to appreciate that the husband is the priest over you.She can’t do anything without his blessing.Wow❤❤❤
This really really blessed me... she said it with so much passion ❤
Dee is so careful to honor Pato as the head-Priest over her
They have a shared vision “VIVE NATION”
God made it clear when they prayed from the get go that they would both be pastors
Dee thought Pato was so ambitious asking her to be his wife from the get - go
Patrick made it clear from the start that he was going to be a minister. Patrick asked Dee to be his wife from the get go.He didn’t ask her to be his girlfriend (Smart and focused guy )😊
She prayed for a man who could lead her and he was going somewhere and would make it hard for her to leave God.These are some of the things that drew her to Pastor Patrick and fell in love with him
Acknowledge your story. This is who you are, what you have been through 2- View yourself through God’s word-This is how God sees me. These are the 2 Key points that helped Dee overcome
If we dont face these unhealthy habbits or esteem challenges to get help we end up passing them on to our children and the next generstion
People constantly remind you how they are helping you and through your low self esteem lenses you see yiurself as bei gput down or done a favour and this can further kill ones esteem even if its not the intention
She believed God would use her story to help orher people
After graduation from university when she couldnt find a job she went to volunteer at Watoto Church where she harnessed her comnunication skills
