So the great Hyeyeon from Girls Generation and considered one of the best K-pop dancers of all time was asked who she would pick for her team if she was a captain on Street Woman Fighter 2. She picked Blackpink Lisa, Chungha and Momo from Twice and then she picked Jurin and Cocona from XG. To understand how big this is for an icon like Hyeyeon to pick 2 members from the same new group (this was over a year ago) is unbelievable. Jurin is the one who learns choreography the fastest. That's why she's also the choreographer of the group and the dance leader. Cocona is amazing as a dancer but Jurin is more versatile when it comes to every aspect of dancing as well.

Jurin is also the dance leader of the group. So, yes, she is arguably the best dancer in the group. However, my fav is Cocona. But, they all dance extremely well, there isn't much difference between the members. Especially Juria improved so much, she is so good now.

2NE1 is one of the most beloved and respected kpop groups. You had people in the RUclips comments saying that they finally found another girl group in XG that they can stan after 2NE1 who at the time were on hiatus. This is what sets XG apart from a TWICE or NewJeans who by the way are both big XG fans. With XG you're watching seven girls dance who are not just in sync but they all emote with facial expressions which makes them stand out individually while they make the choreo look easy. It's one of the reasons that some of the best dancers an groups known for their dancing in kpop are fan of XG. They're raising the bar for girl groups. Something 2NE1 also did over a decade ago but they only have four members.

I would recommend you to check out XG Move choreography videos. Each of XG members have their own XG Move videos where each of them show different styles. 😃 Or check out their full rap track Woke Up.
