The worst thing you can do to a child is tell the child to memorize or recite a book written or inspired by God-Any book! It impedes the child's critical thinking regarding that book. Since childhood, Muslims are told to recite the Al-Fatiha, 5 times every day. Our words are potent. What we repeatedly say to ourselves, regardless of its validity, becomes our truth and belief. This is why it’s almost impossible, to convince a devout praying Muslim, that Prophet of Allah was flawed, or that God’s nature isn’t necessarily constrained into a singular entity. When a person realizes that he's brainwashed himself with recitations, you're naturally upset, and want to share your new insight with others. That's why Muslims call themselves Ex Muslims. Christians aren't told to recite, "Jesus died for my sins," 5 x day. They are simply taught, and some of them never believe this in the first place, and so they don't habor any animosity when they leave their faith or call themselves Ex Christians. The indoctrination of Islam to a child isn't taught to be questioned. It's taught as a fact to be memorized daily. Mosques aren't asking children to question why Allah's nature is one, or asked to look for contradictions in the Quran. You're taught to memorize the Quran and told to recite that Allah is the greatest God! That's why when the blinds fall, you become angry and take on the label of an ex-Muslim.
