Hi, recently discovered your video and loving every minute of it. I recently adopted an older version of bayswater tote (some mentioned it as classic). The only thing bothers me is that the padlock is impossible to be pulled out. Have you ever had one like that ?
Could you or anyone else tell me what happens if the inside does not have a Label that says made in England or Turkey or China...But it has everything else that you suggested on your video...the leather is amazing and all the hardware is precise, etc. Thanks
Hi, some bags don't have the 'made in' tag, I have a genuine Edie without a 'made in' tag. I looked this up on Purse Forum and there are quite a few bags that don't have the tag for various reasons. Sometimes in vintage pieces the tag is white and sometimes it can be leather apparently! Some special purchase bags have no 'made in' tag - as do some full price bags so take your pick!!! Anyhow, the lack of a 'made in' tag does not mean your bag is fake, especially if everything else stacks up, the chances are high that your bag is genuine.

It still looks brand new lol but make sure you keep the bag insert and fill it with some plain paper like what I did in the video just to make sure the shape stays. The smell of the bag is AMAZING, it feels luxurious and smells delicate, what else do you expect huh?!

Hey there, could i ask a little question? Inside the mulberry bayswater, on the leather part of the fob with the branding on it (the part you showed with the photo to show the fake version), do mulberry ever print the little tree logo on that leather part of the fob at all? I've seen a few bags with receipts that have a round leather part with the tree on it next to the "bayswater" text so I'm not sure if the receipts have been fake and they are just super fakes or if maybe mulberry did a line of bags with that little tree logo there on the leather next to the "mulberry" text. I'm trying to authenticate a bag and it's so tricky lol. Thank you for such a great video. ❤️❤️
Never trust receipt, it's pretty easy to fake. I still not sure which part you want me to check. Can you give me the time stamp in the video?
@@ameliedesroches8401 hi again, Thank you for replying to my message 😊 It's the part at 2:28, the heat stamp. The bag I'm trying to authenticate seems to have everything perfect, good stitching, there are strong logos on the inner buckles, all the logos on the metal and larger fob seem to be correct. It's just the heat stamp im a little iffy about, it has a little mulberry logo Tree on it with "Mulberry", it's perfectly centered and straight, it's just because it has the little tree that was concerning me. Your authentic one just has the text "Mulberry". I was just wondering if real mulberry bags sometimes also have thar little tree on the heat stamp too?
@@taylorhuxley5737 oh I see what you mean, it could be the one you are trying to authenticate is a very old bag. Any Mulberry Bayswater made after 2010 should not have that tree logo as a hot stamp on the tag inside. Try search up the most common fake series number in Google to see if yours is there. And try smelling the leather, it should not smell like plastic or perfume ect. It should smell like natural plant as all their handbags are vegetables tanned. Not sure if you have that bar code tag at 1:23 , you need to check if the description matches the bag. If you are still in doubt, you'd better get a professional to authenticate it for you to have a peace of mind for the upcoming holidays.

Is this size good for someone at 5'2"?
From my experience, small sized will be best suitable for those who are from 5'4" to 5'6", I think micro will be a better fit for you. But if you prefer a bag that can hold a pretty decent amount of stuff, then you can go for small sized one. Hope it helps :)

Looking from my Pixel 4a .. great device, compact, smooth, very good battery life (better than expected), great camera .. for what I use it ,the Pixel 4a is 🔝🔝
How do you keep the canvas clean?
It's actually not that easy to get dirty since it's not a thin woven canvas, I usually spray leather protection on top of it the night before I use it. I've been using it for 3 months now, and it still looks brand new to me!
I haven’t seen the leather/canvas combo. Great for Spring/Summer!
