@@hcdamz I enjoyed your built a lot from last season, but caught on a bit late after I tried out like 3 other classes. Thought i tried out this season, but can never experience that immortality :(

@@katboyt I dont think CL is very good, I think fire builds or blizzard are best for leveling. But if you get all the aspects and legs etc for CL and you dont get what u need for one of the other builds it will probably be better at least until you do get the other stuff too!

​@@hcdamzthanks, I saw the sorc chat after leaving this comment where you were advising too haha, and have not respected, I had flame weavers drop and a better helmet so have taken off the starfall cornett and dropped meteor now, hoping to get the illuminators and endless rage to go fireball speed farm next but just going with whatever drops now

@@Mike-om4tv I have not farmed that myself haha, I trade and sell good items I dont need, and doing so it doesnt take that long to get 66b, especially this late in the season. Gold inflation is insane

@@20padre20 They are fixing the permanent immunity in the upcoming patch. Also new expansion in 2 months which will bring a lot of changes, as well as a new class. Worth keeping an eye on maybe? :) If you dont like it though, well, thats unfortunate. Hopefully you find other games to enjoy in that case!

Past a certain point, unfortunately yes. You could probably do some of the other add bosses up to somewhere between 140-150.

I think it depends on what you're doing. If you're still doing mostly helltides or other easy content I would stay non-immortal for now. But if your stats allow you to keep perma flame shield without issues, I would swap to that once you start doing higher nightmare dungeons, because survivability will become an issue. Also you need to be exactly AT or ABOVE the minimum stat requirements for CDR/Duration/Attack Speed from the guide, being close but not quite there won't be enough to be fully immortal.

@@hcdamz I'm currently doing HT's and lvl 40 NM's to level up and get gear. Definitely need a legendary helm with CD as I'm using Shako and my GA Godslayer is locked at lvl 80. I can't seem to find the Attack speed sheet you had before. Can you add it back please?

@@vish1339 If you have Shako you should just keep using that, it's the best helm. I added a link to the calculator sheet in the description, if that is what you were talking about.

You can start playing this as soon as you get a Flameweaver. And yeah, you should use the non-immortal until you are immortal with permanent flameshield.

What I did was farm up to 25k neath, that big number seemed to improve my luck.

You only need about 38-40% CDR if you play Hectic on Amulet. To move Hectic to Pants or Booots instead you do need about 53% which requires 2 GA CDR + 7 masterworking crits, so that's mainly for when your gear is good and you have a lot of masterworking mats.

Firebolt is the main damaging skill of the build, you should always be casting this. Fireball => Greater Fireball does 10% of the burning dmg applied to enemies, can be used sometimes for extra burst dmg on groups of mobs. Frost bolt => For the Tal'rasha unique ring stack on bosses where there are no adds to proc Shatter (Shatter gives you a stack automatically) Skill enchantments are Fireball and Teleport. I had to experiment with a few different keybind setups and found the Firebolt on Spacebar (easy to hold down) and moving Evade to my mouse was very nice, separating moving around and casting spells to different hands. Try a few different setups to find something comfortable!

@@MateusMachado12 Damage comes mainly from Flameweaver buffing Firebolts into big groups of stacked mobs, Fireball, either cast or through the enchantment from mobs dying, turning the stacked dot dmg from Firebolt into direct dmg, which puts dmg into shatter to aoe everything, scaling exponentially with the number of grouped mobs.

@@hcdamz Yes, I understand everything, but there is a hole in my build, I can only use evading as a teleport 2 times in a row, even with the appearance and boots with cdr for that, I can't keep teleporting with evade without stopping to gather mobs and explode them, Then if you want to take a look at my doll mateusavmach#2959

@@alessiocosta8714 Putting your Teleport skill into one of the two enchantment slots turns your Evade into Teleport.

You do realize this is with 0 greater affixes and rank 4/12 masterworking? Which is basically nothing when talking about high pits. This clear is simply meant to show the limit of what this extremely low level of gear can do. I don't know how you can expect it to do much better considering all other sorc builds even with near perfect gear are capped at around 130 or lower. If you wanna clear faster or push higher/more reliably, you need better gear, and the more gear the better and higher you can push, simple. With my main gear right now I am reliably clearing 159 to boss in about 5 minutes. I don't know for other classes but I also very much doubt you can do much higher with any build on any class with this level of gear. I could be wrong on that, I haven't played other classes.

​@@hcdamz Yes you showed your build at the end of the video, I'm aware of what you have from the pit 101 too. I'm not talking about other sorc builds either, I know the limits of those other builds. I'm talking strictly about firebolt, and the idea of the budget build. Just saying it seems alittle silly to play a build around being immortal, but you end up dying sometimes, and the boss takes forever, almost running out of time, and you need to fish now for the correct boss. You're pushing the limits on what other builds are doing with max gear, of course, but you're using a broken setup with being immortal, and using shatter for it. It's still impressive, no doubt, the limitations with needing to fish for the boss at a low pit, on top of needing specific gear, and having to play this build, which is just awful, makes this an absolute horrible experience. If I'm not spending billions of gold, or swiping my credit card, or farming the same boss in helltides for GA gear, hoping I get a piece that I won't ruin by tempering it and getting the wrong temper, it won't feel strong enough as a budget build to feel rewarding if I'm always close to the pit ending because of time, dying too much, or just getting unlucky with the bosses not being the 1 boss that is needed. Spending all that time fishing for the boss just to have the entire pit be almost ended because of time does not feel rewarding. This is subjective, yes. You obviously find the enjoyment in this, and that's okay, I'm not hating or bashing at all, I'm saying for some how it may feel is all.

​@@user-bz2kw3zz5u I think you miss the point of the video a bit. It isn't to advocate for this budget build to be better than anything else. If you have the means to get better gear, you definitely should, and this build too will be a lot stronger and more enjoyable to play if you get better gear. I wouldn't recommend anyone to try and replicate pushing 130 with this low level of gear. The more practical approach would be to farm at a level that you can clear quickly until you have better gear to push higher with. This whole budget setup (including the other videos) are simply to: 1. show that you CAN start playing firebolt even at a very low gear level. 2. and this video in particular is showing you what is possible with said low gear level if you were to try and push as high as possible with it. It simply provides information. It shows what you can expect to be able to do with this level of gear (farm 101s in 3-4 minutes, max limit push up to 130ish). And people can use that information however they want. Whether it is worth to invest time into it or not is completely up to you. It sounds like you would expect a lot more from this level of gear, and that it wouldn't be worth it for you, and that is completely fine, then simply don't play it. I have other videos showing what playing it with better gear looks like too.

@@KiMsTeRuLf It must be the boots implicit. You need the "Attacks reduce evade's cd by 1.5 sec" on boots.

@@hcdamz thanks for answer, I fixed that part. Also another think my barrier doesn't get reset quickly that's why I can die easily. What is that reason ?

@@KiMsTeRuLf Could be a few things: - not using Hectic on amulet / not enough CDR - not enough attack speed / not using rapid / not using attack speed elixir - not enough flame shield duration If you read my guide all the minimum requirements are there for each setup: - no raiment and hectic on amulet - with raiment and hectic amulet - with hectic on pants over amulet

@@noracamacho21 Its only for the 30% vulnerable multiplier. That works regardless. The Ice blades effect is irrelevant.

Unfortunately we do need to fish for Spiritcaller when doing the highest pits, ye.
