Years of addiction stole the sun from my life until every day was just dark and miserable. Until I laid it all down and sifted through the stench, only then I got better. Don't leave anything out. Tell it all or you will relapse. Former addict here praying for ya'all.

The main reason why we suffer its the sociological impact of the enviroment unless we inheriyed it with genetics, that is the true and if anyone where abusing you they should be liable for your suffer and different type of loses including lexual loses if its related to previous brekage in relationship. The law very from country to country but who ever heart you and it had impact on your life you should get in hold of thecourt of justice and sue them for your loses!!!! I have PTSD my self and very often I find difficult to function. We should not jump from new relationship if we are stil heart after previous one and I dont think < i mean the UK at the moment that mental health is any good here. We have to be strong asw long as possible very often its better to be by our self than be accompny by others and feel like we have to adapt our self to be accepted . Just be your self ladies and gentelmens girls and boys dont follow things which you feel it make your life difficult. After my dad passed away, was listening to this song & my husband quickly turned it off. “ you don’t need to listen to this” But I did, needed to process this all. Will never forget that he did this. We are divorced.. these words were so meaningful for me. They still are .. so many years later. ❤️

This isn't a competition everyone's hurts hurt differently for different reasons... No one has the right to decide their pain is more than someone else's because they think they've been hurt more than someone else... I've love through a life of pain trauma abuse neglect loneliness abandoned shame sorrow and there were days I just wanted to give up.... But I got up everyday and I made it through and that's what this song means iteans don't give up on yourself and your life no matter how much you're hurting because life is a gift and someone is out there hurting too and they need someone who understands ...DONT GIVE UP ❤❤
