Once the property is acquired we can apply for residency, so no need to apply for a retirement permit for the dependent parents. Hi Ravi, By private beach we mean than the right of use of the beach is reserve to the homeowners of the said property. It's a quite complex law but some beaches are fully public (93 beaches in total on the Island) and some beaches in front of private properties are reserved above the high water mark to the owners (tenants as it's mainly leasehold property) of the said properties.
