It is better for Indians specially highly educated ones to stay back in their mother country, create new job opportunities, way of life etc. they can enjoy their life in every sector of life. The y have to change their mind set regarding Discrimination with in India and abroad. No matter how long you have lived in a foreign country, you are an outsider. If they strive hard and bring about changes in every sector of life, make India stronger they need not go out of country looking for greener Pastures. They must realize, recognize their contributions to these countries and still being a second class citizens, last to be hired but first to be fired which upsets their family life and uncertainty of children’s life, Indians, specially now when the country is doing well, must become a part of it and help in its growth much higher. Stay and bring about the changes you are looking for in other countries. Nothing is greater than having the feeling of belongingness specially as we grow older. India should, recognize talent, reduce reservations to keep talented Indians to stay in India and develop the country. When Indians help many countries, even the west, why not India itself, if given fair opportunities. Time for present/ future Indian Governments, work hard on this matter.
