what a load of bs! I am so tired of people claiming that "you always need to grow and expand!". Why? Why would i want to expand when i have my niche market, i have a fixed yearly quantity that always sells out, i don't have labor cost, and i make a 30% + profit every year that allows me to live an above average life!Oh yeah and i forgot i own everything, i don't have rents or bank payments to make so the question arises, why would i want to expand and be stressed all the time when i have a happy, quiet and pretty decent life?

sooo... what you're saying is that you need to have a basic understanding of business before you start a business? Who would have thought? The fact that people would think you can just magically have inputs on demand, without storage space and time with inventory allocated to them is mindboggling. The realization that many people would think that taxes and inputs (material, energy, and labor) wouldn't factor into pricing, and that impacts the bottom line, is astounding... and a "brand" is only as valuable as it's projected future sales.
