i have this oven and can tell u after trail and error...makes great pizza! and amazing steak with asparagus....once they are lit, i just dump in more pellets and let it go.... didnt want to spend $$$$ on those higher end ones.

Next to impossible to light and cook pizza in. You need a propane gas torch to get the pellets to light, then keep adding pellets, then stoking the pellets to keep burning. Without a doubt THE MOST DIFFICULT oven to make work!
