i have this headset (Jabra Pro 930) and there is a 3-5 second delay at the start of each conversation. It is not possible to use the product as a call center agent because of this bug. Is there any solution for this problem

I use these for work and the microphone piece keeps snapping (they're very easy to break over time because of the soft plastic). This current one the left-side audio stopped working after some months of use. $200 for this?

I also just bought this and it does not sit in my ear. It quite often falls out and detaches from the hook. Really bad considering the price point!

Se lo portate all'orecchio senza archetto preparatevi perche al minimo movimento imprevisto o urto l'auricolare vola via. Poi sono rimasto deluso anche perche con l'archetto rimane posizionato male perche l'auricolare si sfila dal padiglione verso l'esterno. Poi nella confezione mi aspettavo di trovare il box dove riporlo (come si vede nei video e unboxing) invece non c'e, allora facendo delle ricerche l'ho acqustata a parte.. poi una volta arrivata quando sono andato a riporre l'auricolare e il cavetto ho scoperto che nel suo alloggiamento non posso mettere l'usb bluettooth PERCHE MANCA NELLA CONFEZIONE. Attenzione prima di fare l'acquisto accertatevi dei componenti presenti nella confezione. Che dire ? Meglio non dica altro
