I love long lines!!!! I do think the dog does need some basic training before using a long line, and the owner definitely needs to learn how to handle one. They are a great way to give dogs freedom that they wouldn't usually have. I have a shihtzu that is extremely prey driven and will likely never be off leash reliable. The long line lets her have the ability to move and walk how she wants to while still being safe.

Our first Miniature Schnauzer, Zoey, who we lost last October at age 15, slept with us from day one. It was wintertime, so she normally pounced on me about 2-3 am to let me know she needed to go out and never had an accident in the bed. Our new puppy, Liesl, will be coming home next week. We were wise enough not to do a winter puppy again.

I used to share spoons with my dogs now after I learned about the germs they carry and the feces and urine that are all over. Dog owners houses have a certain stink they can’t smell. It’s really vile tbh lol. People are fine with sleeping in dog shit 🤷🏻‍♀️ after your dog poops go touch his butt-you’ll have poop on your hands. Your dogs rub that all over your furniture and floors. Especially if it has long hair and easy to get dingleberries.

Looks like a Toy Schnauzer kinda big for a Mini MY Mini still fits in MY hand at 10 weeks I was told Minis are the smaller and people tend to think it’s the other way around VERY PRETTY PUP love that coat it’s mesmerizing

Mini Schnauzers are the best! My girl is white and she’ll be 16 in March. I am getting another little girl puppy in a couple months! Can’t wait! Your little guy is cute!

He is so sweet and getting so big! I’m enjoying watching your little boy grow up. My husband and I got a miniature schnauzer from the shelter last summer. His owner had passed away suddenly and so he was left on his own. Our vet said he looks to be about 7 years old. He has been such a blessing to us. So, I just wanted to say how happy I am for you and your new puppy. Blessings 💗

I have 2 fluffy cats. They go where they like unless its outdoors. We live on a busy street, and even if we didn't, there's no guarantee that they'd come back. So I don't see why it shouldn't be the same for dogs.

Great video, thanks! I have two miniature schnauzers, both black. One is 11 years old, the other 3 months! We lost our girl, also a schnauzer (pepper and salt), she was around 14 and was a rescue. They are great companions who will offer you all the love in the world. I would watch the mouse you have though, they will try and get it - yikes!

I am watching your video now and it was taken 8 mo ago. I am so happy for you. I picked up my little Cooper when he was 8 weeks, 2 pounds & 9 ounces when he was born. He looked just like your pup but had a bigger white tuff on his chest. Cooper is almost 3 years now and very dear. They are so smart and loving. He is the second mini schnauzer I have had and just love him. Congrats on your baby!

SO CUTE! They are such great little dogs! My Mom has a 3 year old (Sweetie Mae Brown, she is actually brown )and she is sweet! Smart and easily trained. She is the LOUDEST dog I’ve ever seen (heard) and she can hit every octave and some I never heard! The high squeal/squeaks are like and ice pick in your ear but she is fun to watch! Hope you enjoy yours!

We buy bully sticks for our 2 minischnauzers because our breeder suggested getting them as a natural chewing solution.They still like to chew every morning for 10 or 15 minutes and their teeth are as white as snow.We supervise them with the bully sticks just in case.

Emily,you got him neutered! Our breeder suggested not doing it and ours are fine.
