I played these games when they came out on the Xbox and Xbox 360 (years ago). My favorite were 1 and 2 (and still is). Back then I hated 3, I remember it being so terrible. I'm playing 3 now from the master collection and I am liking it...idk why. I remember 3 back then was so easy, I beat it in like 5 hours or less. 3 now is not as easy anymore..idk if they made it harder or I just got older and my reflexes and reaction times are not as good anymore. Either way, I am enjoying 3. GG

I don't know why some people hates Ninja Gaiden.THEY ARE WRONG. I played ninja gaiden,I beated the games,And i'll doing it over and over and over.Because I'm lovin' the game,I want to complete that love by finishing it.(In angry video game nerd:Ninja gaiden, they said:you need to be a ninjato finish the game.)So I'm a ninja. :D

Most of these problems were fixed by Razor's Edge. It plays more chaotic than NG1 and 2, but skill is still required. Even the pansy soldiers at the beginning can catch you off guard, just like NG1.

In my opinion the game isn't as bad as people say. Comparing to NG2 and NGS, its pretty easy, the combat isn't as varied without the choice of weapons, and it can be repetitive at times. I'm enjoying it though, because it still does a good job of making me feel like a badass, which all past Ninja Gaidens have done. I think this game had most of its problems by how the developer attempted to refresh the gameplay.

why is everybody arguing about ninja gaiden 1,2,3 and the classic nes they were all great games, i dont give a fuck what people say about how the games or specific ones were bad, they were all great games, i grew playing all of them, i saw enough blood and gore with ninja gaiden 2, so i thank them with 3, just because you cannot get different weapons to use is because you have to buy the packs online, for 360 there is a pack for one new weapon in 1P mode and a higher level cap in multiplayer. X<

Okay, Ninja Gaiden Xbox 2004. And I still don't understand how it pays homage to old school Gaiden, because, seriously, NG3 is like 2 but with crappy level design, nerfed difficulty, mashing buttons gameplay, poor enemy design, forgettable boss fights and poorly narrated bland story, even if NG2's story was dumb.

No, I did not. I'm not as old as you think. I did play the one that came with NGB, though, and it has nothing to do with NG3. Why do you even want the old school back when we have NGB and 2? Again, dumb decision

1. He wasn't fired; he resigned. 2. Old school? It's as modern, arcadey and fast-paced as NG2. 3. Even if it was old school, they still did a crappy job. Seriously, you talk as if I were attacking Ninja Gaiden Black

NGB is a masterpiece. NG2 is great. NG3 sucks, because of its trashy gameplay, crappy level design, mediocre boss fights, repetitive enemy encounters, obsolete graphics, and its boring story, but its music is the only positive point.

they should make this in 8-bit

No offense man, but I am a hardcore NG player and I loathe NG3, just because of the demo. This game is an insult to the NG fan community
