Great video, I took the Shin Nihonkai from Maizaru to Otaru a couple years ago. It is a long trip but very comfortable and nice to get away from everything for a while.

I very much like your snapshot of life in Beppu, the food looked incredible in UK our food is not nearly as good. I notice when you use chopsticks you rest the lower chopstick on second finger, I thought Japanese chopstick method used middle finger not second finger I'm just curious - apologies for stupid question!🙂
