How long after painting can we seal? We are about to do this and look forward to bringing a slide back to life!
Depending on the product you used to paint, that must cure, then sand it with 80-120 grit and then apply Slide Coat over it.
I have this product to refinish a pool slide. There are some hairline cracks -- will this be sufficient or is there something I should prep the small cracks with prior to painting?
hairline cracks are usually indicative of weakening of the substrate. If you strengthen up the areas, it shouldn't be an issue. If the flexing continues, you may see long term issues.

Hi there, it depends if you want a natural finish or a colored finished. If you'd like a colored finish, you can apply our EP Epoxy or Hi-Build Epoxy, then scuff sand it and apply Slide Coat over it.

Hello Steve, it won't kill existing, it prevents new from growing. You should kill then mold, then you can cover it with this product.
Is it good for saltwater system pool?
Absolutely!!
Does this product go over other paints rubberized, house paint, epoxy? I own a swimming pool renovation company in Tucson AZ. What is the best temperature to apply. We have been using premium ultra epoxy. It's expensive and takes forever to ship. Your paint is now readily available at my Warehouse "Superior ". Is there a certificate I can get from the paint manufacturer? I would like to warranty the epoxy jobs!

Hi Build Epoxy is the entire system. From bare concrete or previously epoxy painted, Hi Build Epoxy applied at 2 coats provides excellent protection.
Since you are using Ramuc's clean and prep solution do you still have to acid wash or not?
Ramuc Clean and Prep solution replaces the traditional acid wash.

Ramuc pool paint will leave you disappointed and feeling ripped off. I've used the EP Epoxy on a few pools and they all started chalking within 3 months or so. Contacted Ramuc and they made ever possible excuse they can think of, like the pool chemistry was wrong and they're not offering any solutions. Don't waste your expectations or money.
