Great interview, l meet Josh and the boys back in 2022 at the Manning bar Sydney. Great guy and band. Saw them play at The Metro Theatre last Friday night, great as ever. Regarding the Tatts, last time l saw them play live, it was at Sweethearts Cabarmatta. Would have been around 1985-86. Angry has certainly aged a great show once again. It was a great interview with Josh.

Paul was my "New deal for musicians" advisor in Treorchy job centre about 1999 to 2000 or so. I couldnt belive my luck when the job centre advisor said i could get advice on working in the music industry and asked "had i ever heard of the damned" because the new deal advisor was their bassist! I only had a few meetings with him, but it was an absolute treat for me as a young musician and a massive damned fan.

Saw him last night at the MGM in OH. The WORST concert we’ve EVER seen. I feel quilt saying this. But he should feel guilty for the fans who walked out, or was screaming to sing (naming hits). Didn’t know a single song . He had an anchor with a melody of hits. Wrong! Hello and Friends and not even in its entirety. We thought we were at some screeching rap of some sorts with a jazz vibe concert! WTF?! We were so excited to go, payed money , and left there saying, what kind of shit was that? Borderline fraud

You really have to keep an open mind when first listening to this album. It's a classic and for some of us, long standing UFO fans, re-recording, this already, outstanding album, seemed risky. The musicians chosen were top-notch, with the exception of one, IMO, it's not horrible.

I MEMORIZED HONEST WORK, and I'd sing it with 9 to 5, anything work related protest songs while pushing carts in an affluent neighborhood in texas.. And rich people love dolly partons 9 to 5 cause they assume its aspousing a good work ethic, but its about work being borderline slavery.. I love those songs, the ones that exploit peoples ignorance and stupidity..

Thanks for watching. This interview with Perry was only about a year ago. He suggested here Porno for Pyros was imminent. Janes took over. Last years Australian dates were two of the best shows I have seen. After day one Melbourne I had to go back the next night for more. It’s a shame this happened. This band NOW is at the top of their cycle and clearly that pressure has taken over. PC

If Perry can get over whatever he's going through and the band can hash things out, they might regroup to finish that album and hopefully go out on a better touring note. This band has broken up and reunited tons of times. Nothing is impossible in regards to it. Tough and horrible situation though

It's good to see Purple's got a bit of a spiky, opinionated, individualistic type of character back on guitar. A rock band needs a bit of push and pull. If everything is totally harmonious, with little friction and in full agreement... it usually turns out to be dull and predictable.

I have a feeling that only Waters, Brian Eno and people from BDS are saying that the Israeli government is today a state that is doing the same atrocities that Nazi Germany did from 1933 to 1945 against Jews, Slavs and others who did not agree with the Nazi regime, that what Israel is doing in Palestine is the most common terror and extermination of the Palestinian people.
