When we are reading files from sftp folder for every 5 min, What will happen if we have multiple files in single time interval?

Hi Sir, If our interface is scheduled to pick up the file for every 5 min. And let us think we get huge file and it takes 7 or 8 min to process, In this case what will happen if we receive new file in next 5 min? because previous file is still under processing right. Can u pls help me here
