Kavanah is spelled kav, vav, nun, heh. It seems like you have an extra vav with your spelling of the word "kavanah." I have never seen the word kavanah spelled with double vav.

Here's how I see it. There is no way to receive for yourself, since there isn't a single self, everything we see is a reflection of what we are, what we believe deep down in the layers of the character we play, so to want something for yourself doesn't work, it's only when you love the other as yourself and wish only good for them regardless of what you want or even think you need, then you recieve. You can only truly recieve when all selfish ideas, thoughts, and emotions are gone. You've reconciled or seen through them all, then when you want the best for what you see over there, miraculously it benifits you but you can't have any idea of how that will transpire, therefore there is no object of your desire, only love, love of life itself is the determining factor. Otherwise even if you get something it will lead to trouble...eventually. I'd love to go to your classes. Therefore I just make a prayer that if it's best for you that I do, that's what I'd want also, and just trust, that what is meant to happen will happen exactly however it wants to appear since of myself I can never know it. Thank you for the videos. I love them and they have been most helpful.
