What's so powerful abt this specific scene is that you could feel the rage in him from being betrayed by his sister and surviving a shot to the head from the previous movie when he starts stabbing that nurse to death while grunting very aggressively. I wish they would've went this route with the movie bc I liked that they kept his original look in the dream sequence with just a slightly small change to his mask with the fresh gunshot wound being there.
