looking for reccomendations on what products to use and what pad to remove tough trainer scuff marks, restore the floors look but avoid leaving a slippery floor. Floor type is Polyflor XL PU
Scuff marks can be removed with a citrus based detergent, applied directly from a hand trigger spray and agitated by a rotary machine with a red floor pad. A slightly longer contact time should be allowed than when using the machine to perform a general clean of the floor. For regular cleaning to maintain the appearance of the floor, again the red pad on a rotary machine can be used but with a neutral pH based cleaning solution, spayed in fine mist over the floor and buffed to a shine
I have one ocelot 400 with the tank as well witch is cool 👍 also I have blue red and green pad... Blue pad is very easy to attach, you can tell massive difference how clean it is after use 😊 But when tried to use red or green pad it keeps slipping off 🤔 any idea what I do wrong?
Hello, sorry to hear you're having trouble with your pads coming off. Essentially they should work in the same way as your blue pad. But maybe check that the bottom of the pad holder is free from any debris not allowing the Velcro action to work. Or, it may be the case that you need some new pads. You'll be amazed at how many cleaners leave the drive board on when stored. It drives me mad as I was trained to always take it off. 🤷♀️
Absolutely, best practice is to remove the driveboard when not in use and preferably store it on the handle of the machine. This will help prolong the life of the driveboard and the machine.

Water is collected by the contra-rotating brushes lifting the water into the collection tank. Leaves the floor touch dry pretty much immediately.
