I have tried 24 frames per layer which was super critical and the app stopped responding as a result crashed, so I always group it then merge the layers to make it smooth and have gone through 200 layers+ and the result was smooth.

Yeah, I totally get what you mean! The app is great for drawing, but combining layers and frames for animation can definitely make things tricky. It would be a lot easier if they were separate, especially for more complex projects. Hopefully, they update that in the future!

Make sure to place the window and leaf on separate layers, and set motion for their position, rotation, or scale at different points in the timeline. As a professional, I suggest that you carefully review the video by adjusting the playback speed in the RUclips settings. This will allow you to observe how layers are managed for animation. You can then replicate these steps in your own work.

Check my others video or the latest videos you will get it totall its in hindi audio as well.

Go to the youtube video setting and slow down the speed.

Update your app and click on the export arrow key while animation is playing in the tab line down the screen.

For FPS my best suggestion is go with your artwork layers because if you create 24fps on 24 layers the app will crash, it's my personal experience... Go with few layers and keep fps around 20 your animation will be smooth and long with more layers.
