THE HOA SUCKS FINE FOR EVERYTHING

Who needs your "more people can make more money on unemployment than working"? The stimulus program is what lies between millions of people having a roof over their heads and food to eat. Remember that the BOD suggested back in the Spring for Glade residents to consider subsidizing your employees that were furloughed. That is what unemployment benefits are for.

Thank you to all the candidates for your dedication and support of Fairfield Glade and it's residents. And thank you to the technical staff responsible for making this happen.

This format has some merit regarding the community’s ability to hear and evaluate each candidate’s ability to speak on a singular subject. However, the format provides little in the way of information to understand the differences in the various positions each candidate has on the full spectrum of issues that will face a board member in the future. Asking a different question to each candidate provides little help since the task before each resident is that we must attempt to decide who among them best represents our individual feelings and expectations for outcomes on the issues. I also believe that the quality of the audio in these presentations needs to be significantly better, especially for those of us with hearing problems.

At the 19:00 mark, you didn't answer the man's question. He wanted to know if there was a cap on 'growth' in the Glade, not whether it was going to be unlimited as far as the eye could see. I've been driving around looking at vacant lots and to my inexperienced eye, it looks like a lot of them are not buildable for some reason or another, or would be expensive to develop because of terrain or other issues. It's also a forest and should stay that way, not turn into suburbia, with lots of houses that 25 years from now, our maxed-out children won't be able to afford because of inflation. I'd like to see more affordable (under $150K, smaller homes) being built and less 2000 SF + ones. Not everyone wants that much room to pay to heat, cool, taxes on and furnish, as well as the outdoor work. Thank you for your work on this.

I had planned on attending this meeting but got sidetracked, so I thank you for providing me these videos to watch at home, and I further thank you all for your continued time and efforts put into keep the rest of us informed. I've live here full time for almost 8 years, and have owned my home here for almost 13 years, and my wife an I love Fairfield Glade, and have no plans at this time to leave it.

List each component of Legends' catering events, restaurant, Fireside, it being used by corporations, etc. showing their profit or loss after they have been held.

The audio is terrible.

I do agree, that if you PAY for two different surveys, and get similar results, it smacks of, "if you keep doing what you are doing, you should expect the same results! Perhaps it is time to pay attention to the surveys, DO NOT pay for another one, just do what they suggest ... what a concept!

It seemed to me the may with the mic on his head, was NOT interested in the comments from the audience, but he truly wanted to tell his restaurant story !!! Just what I saw
