Nice description. I’m not sure why Appion makes such a big deal about the crankcase being isolated from the refrigerant. The Yellow Jacket units have had that since they started with their line of recovery machines. I do like the fact that the Appion is serviceable and it is considerably less money than Yellow Jacket equivalent twin unit. Unfortunately, like most things these days, Appion is made with Chinese parts. I would gladly spend twice the price to purchase a European built or U.S. built recovery unit but the labour costs keep us feeding the Chinese economy. Thanks again

Is that 28mm pipe? Will the bender work with a 28mm pipe?

You mentioned that you’d talk about easily 1/4”, but never did, how do you use this with 1/4?

Минусы- внутренние части сделаны из голого железа, и он ржавеет из нутри, сильно греется при работе. цена ему не больше 150$

I just picked one of these up, I'm excited to try it out. Can you hook up more than one of these on a system and show on the app? I like to put one on each side of the system and one of them at the furthest point away from the pump if possible.

I've noticed its hard to get a perfectly sized flare with this tool.

Hi, I liked watching this video of your Non-Return Valve. Then, I purchased 2 of CPS VPAS8 which is the exact model in your demonstration. I believe that this CPS anti-siphon valve kit is for anti oil suckback when the unexpected power failure occurs during evacuation. I simulated power failure during evacuation while I have VPAS8 attached on my vacuum pump. Surprisingly, both of these new VPAS8 failed. Have you checked if it really prevent vacuum suck-back on your vacuum pump or do you just believe the CPS's claim on their product? Could you possibly add another video that include the demonstration of this Non-Return Valve effect on the vacuum pump while power shut-off ?

I recently bought a vacuum pump like that older version on your bench to use as a vacuum for sucking the air out of mylar bags with dried seeds in the bags. I took off the brass inlet fitting and ran brass piping into a air filter and then to a hose for sucking the air out of the bags. I noticed the original fitting looked like it had some king of valve in the base, so I figured it would be a good idea to put a one way check valve in the line between the pump and the filter. Do you think that will work ok?

Are there any cordless pumps with a pressure setting i.e. they woulx cut out at a set pressure?

Can you use it for leadwork?

I say buy all of the above, 1/2” hoses, core remover, and spare batteries!!

What about the socket connectors? They go on the flared service values on mini splits.They must be torqued down. I cannot find the torque values anywhere...not even Rectorseal's website...
